Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking an Associate, Systems Administrator for remote work, full-time. You will manage servers and platform infrastructure, maintain patching, security baselines, and automation, while guiding junior staff and coordinating with security teams.

You will work across Windows and Linux environments, handle incident restoration, and drive lifecycle planning with on-call responsibilities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems administration or related role.
• Hands-on admin on enterprise platforms in production.
• Experience with AWS and Azure services.
• Administer Kiteworks, including policy/configuration.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and secure computing.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
• Proficient in PowerShell and Python; automation experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessments and pentesting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced knowledge of hardware, software, and sysadmin.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and travel <25%.
• On-call 24/7/365 readiness.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point (Tier 2/3) for server and infrastructure issues.
• Support on-site and project efforts with design input and risk assessment.
• Document system requirements and support post-launch operations.
• Maintain patch cadence and change records for CAB.
• Administer Kiteworks platform and end-user support.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, and performance baselines.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
• Assist with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
• Participate in on-call rotation and update runbooks.
• Guide junior admins and review their work.
• Support lifecycle management and vendor sizing/renewals.
• Ensure security baselines in partnership with InfoSec.
