Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with industrial controls and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical expertise and support to customers.
• Design system architecture for new installations including hardware, sensors, BOM, and P&ID.
• Provide technical specifications to Engineering teams and assist with product feedback.
• Build customer dashboards and support installation with remote technical help.
• Document post-deployment work including as-builts and mapping.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate with product management and R&D as needed.
• Collaborate with product management to help roadmap enhancements.
• Support training and onboarding of new associates.
