Job summary
A dynamic IT solutions provider in the United States is seeking a System Administrator to remotely support clients and manage technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of IT support experience and knowledge in Windows and Mac troubleshooting, VMWare, Azure, and customer service. The position requires a strong command of English, structured home office setup, and participation in an on-call rotation. Compensation starts at $8.27/hr with various employee benefits, including life insurance and paid time off.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
- Strong command of the English language both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues with little assistance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
