Job summary
A dynamic IT solutions provider in the United States is seeking a System Administrator to remotely support clients and manage technical issues. Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
- Strong command of the English language both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues with little assistance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
