Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–12+ years of fundraising experience.
• 8–10 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional individual giving execution and achieve principal and major gift revenue goals.
• Lead and develop market leadership teams overseeing frontline fundraising and portfolios.
• Lead specialized relationship fundraisers and maintain donor-centric portfolio management.
• Advance principal and major gift strategy across markets with disciplined portfolio management.
• Guide principal donor relations with UHNW/HNW individuals as a senior ACS representative.
• Drive market integration and collaboration across development channels and operations.
• Oversee volunteer and governance engagement to advance market priorities.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance and accountability across markets.
