The American Cancer Society is seeking a strategic SVP, Individual Giving to drive regional fundraising execution across markets, lead Market Leaders, oversee frontline teams, and manage principal and major gift portfolios to achieve revenue goals.

The role directly manages UHNW/HNW donor engagement, ensures market alignment across revenue streams, and builds donor-centric teams. The position is 100% remote with preferred closeness to western markets including Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10-12+ years of fundraising experience.
• 8-10 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of regional individual giving strategies to meet principal and major gift revenue goals.
• Recruit, coach, and manage Market Leaders and frontline fundraising teams.
• Oversee specialized relationship fundraisers and portfolio management.
• Drive principal and major gift strategy across markets with donor stewardship.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward UHNW/HNW donors as a senior representative of ACS.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across development channels to maximize revenue.
