This role requires a track record of building revenue pipelines, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and delivering sustained growth while advancing the mission to end cancer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field required.
• Ten years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit or for-profit sector.
• Non-profit or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience in fundraising and managing high-level donor relationships preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads Corporate Relations revenue strategy centered on goals.
• Owns multi-million-dollar revenue targets via pipeline, forecasting, and accountability.
• Cultivates, solicits, closes, and expands high-value partnerships with C-suite leaders.
• Builds strategic account plans for priority partners focusing on renewal and growth.
• Leads a revenue-focused team culture with disciplined prospect strategy.
• Analyzes market trends, partner needs, and revenue performance to identify growth.
• Collaborates to align sponsorship opportunities and partner engagement strategies.
• Establishes executive relationships to deepen engagement and revenue impact.
• Manages revenue planning and resource deployment for high-value opportunities.
• Ensures governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for growth.
