Job summary

American Cancer Society is seeking a senior executive to lead Corporate Relations revenue growth across a broad Western region. The role drives multi-million-dollar partnerships, partners with C-suite leaders, and shapes a market-facing strategy to expand philanthropy and sustainable funding.

This leader will inspire and oversee up to 10 Market Sr. Directors, build strategic account plans, forecast performance, and ensure priority initiatives align with the Society’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: Bachelor's in business/management or equivalent.
• Ten years of executive leadership experience with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Non-profit or healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Experience fundraising and managing high-level donor relationships.
• Proven ability to manage P&L for large budgets and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads Corporate Relations revenue strategy to maximize growth.
• Owns multi-million-dollar revenue targets with pipeline and forecasting.
• Cultivates and expands high-value corporate partnerships with C-suite leaders.
• Builds strategic account plans for priority partners and renewal growth.
• Leads a revenue-focused team culture emphasizing prospect strategy and execution.
• Analyzes market trends to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers.
