Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive the global inorganic growth agenda. You will lead deal execution from target ID through integration, partnering with CEO, CFO and business units to source valuable opportunities and ensure strategic alignment across markets.

The role requires a decade of investment banking/private equity or corporate development experience, plus strong leadership, negotiation, and AI-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Ten years of related investment banking/private equity/corporate development experience.
• Five+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management.
• Interest or experience using AI to enhance M&A capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the M&A process from target identification to post-close integration.
• Identify targets aligned with Sedgwick’s strategic and financial goals.
• Develop and manage a global pipeline of opportunities and relationships.
• Oversee financial models, synergy analyses, and valuation.
• Partner with legal, finance, IT, and operations for due diligence and integration planning.
• Lead governance, milestones, and value capture post-close.
• Represent Sedgwick in negotiations with targets and external advisors.
