This role drives cross-functional collaboration across legal, finance, IT, and operations, builds a robust pipeline, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives while delivering value through acquisitions and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Ten years of related investment banking/private equity/corporate development experience with at least five years in senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads all phases of the M&A process from target identification to post-close integration.
• Ensures transactions align with Sedgwick’s strategic and financial goals.
• Develops a robust global pipeline of opportunities and sources deal flow.
