Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to drive the company’s global inorganic growth. You will lead acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments, collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, and business units to align transactions with long‑term objectives.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end deal execution, target identification, pipeline management, and integration leadership, with a focus on maximizing value and accelerating synergy

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with at least five (5) years of senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end M&A process from target identification to due diligence and post-close integration.
• Identifies strategic acquisition targets aligned with Sedgwick’s services and geographic footprint.
• Develops and maintains a global M&A pipeline; sources proprietary deal flow.
• Oversees detailed financial models, synergy assessments, and valuation analyses.
• Partners with legal, finance, IT, and operations to ensure due diligence and integration planning.
• Develops integration strategies to preserve value and accelerate synergies.
• Represents Sedgwick in negotiations with target companies and advisors.
• Leads market intelligence efforts to identify trends and partnerships.
