Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major transformation initiatives across functions, align with enterprise objectives, and drive data-driven decision making. The role partners with senior leaders to identify opportunities and orchestrate cross-functional execution.

The position requires a strong track record in strategy execution, analytics, and change management, with the ability to influence at the executive level and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline preferred.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments preferred.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
