Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead and scale its cross-channel marketing offerings. The role reports to the EVP, Integrated Solutions and acts as a trusted advisor to priority clients while collaborating across strategy, creative, analytics, PR, paid media, and influencer teams.

This executive will drive growth, expand client relationships, and set operating models, KPIs, and frameworks to deliver measurable results across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or marketing leadership in a mid-sized or large agency environment.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions, building capabilities, scaling teams, and establishing operating models.
• Experience supporting enterprise, B2B, technology, or high-growth brands with integrated strategies.
• Strong track record of growing client relationships and expanding accounts at senior levels.
• Deep expertise across brand strategy, creative, paid media, social, influencer, content, analytics, and communications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and performance of integrated marketing programs for priority client accounts, driving measurable business impact.
• Build and scale Highwire's integrated marketing function, define offerings, and establish best practices.
• Productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings to drive adoption across clients and the agency.
• Establish operational frameworks and tools to enable collaboration and efficient delivery.
• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches.
