Highwire seeks a strategic leader to own and scale its Integrated Marketing practice from Boston. You will guide cross-functional teams across insights, analytics, strategy, creative, social, and paid media to deliver holistic campaigns that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing or marketing leadership.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions and scaling teams.
• Strong track record with enterprise or high-growth brands and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and performance of integrated marketing programs across priority client accounts, driving measurable business impact.
• Build and oversee Highwire's integrated marketing function, defining offerings and best practices.
• Productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings to drive client adoption across the agency.
• Establish operational frameworks, processes, and tools for collaboration and efficient delivery.
• Strengthen planning, execution, and workflow across integrated marketing programs.
• Identify opportunities for new business growth and contribute to pitches with integrated solutions.
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients aligning brand, communications, and business objectives.
• Lead collaboration across strategy, creative, insights, analytics, PR, social, paid, influencer, and account teams.
• Translate audience insights and market trends into actionable campaigns and communications programs.
• Develop award-worthy campaigns and thought leadership to elevate Highwire's market position.
