Highwire is seeking a Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing to lead the growth and evolution of its integrated marketing offering. You will partner with senior leaders to build capabilities, scale teams, and deliver cross‑channel campaigns that drive measurable results.

The role requires a proven track record in agency environments, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence clients and internal teams toward strategic, award‑worthy campaigns.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, communications, or marketing leadership within an agency environment.
• Proven experience building and scaling integrated marketing capabilities and teams.
• Strong track record of growing client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and performance of integrated marketing programs across priority client accounts.
• Build, scale, and oversee Highwire’s integrated marketing function and team.
• Productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings for clients and the agency.
• Establish frameworks, processes, and tools to enable collaboration and delivery.
• Drive new business growth through pitches and integrated solution development.
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor aligning brand, communications, and business objectives.
