Job summary

Highwire is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to lead integrated marketing initiatives and act as the central point of client accounts. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and align campaigns with client business objectives while maintaining strong relationships at the leadership level.

You will oversee strategy development, campaign planning, and performance optimization, collaborating with content, creative, and social teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing with a strong focus on client service and account management in an agency environment.
• Proven experience in developing and leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with creative (design) and production teams.
• Ability to provide clear direction to project managers and similar roles.
• Strong client management and communication skills, able to build rapport with marketing leadership.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on client success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned key client accounts.
• Develop and champion integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, audiences, and challenges.
• Brief and collaborate with content, creative, and production teams to deliver on objectives.
• Provide direction and oversight to the integrated team to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and offer strategic optimization recommendations.
• Advocate for client needs across internal agency teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and processes.
• Contribute to compelling case studies and potential award entries.
