Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Vice President, Integrated Marketing to lead and scale our integrated marketing offering. This executive will partner with the EVP, Integrated Solutions to drive growth, advise priority clients, and shape cross-channel strategies across insights, strategy, creative, social, paid, influencer, and communications.

The role emphasizes building capabilities, establishing operating models, and delivering measurable business impact through multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or marketing leadership in an agency environment.
• Experience leading integrated marketing functions, building capabilities, and scaling teams.
• Proven track record growing client relationships and advising senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and performance of integrated marketing programs for priority client accounts.
• Build and scale the integrated marketing function with offerings, best practices, and capabilities.
• Partner with EVP to productize solutions and drive adoption across clients and the agency.
• Establish frameworks, processes, and tools for collaboration and delivery across initiatives.
• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches.
• Serve as senior strategic advisor aligning brand, communications, product marketing, and business objectives.
