The role focuses on social compliance, ESG services, responsible sourcing, supplier audits, and custom third-party audit programs, supporting growth across the broader certification portfolio. Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales, account development, or business development with proven new business wins.
• Experience in TIC industry and selling sustainability, auditing, certification, or related services.
• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG services, social compliance and supplier audits.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account strategies to win new sustainability business.
• Pursue opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Engage decision-makers in sustainability, procurement, supply chain, and compliance.
• Consult with customers to define audit requirements and tailor solutions with internal teams.
• Lead customer proposals, RFQs, RFPs, pricing discussions, and negotiations with Sales and Ops.
• Maintain active pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to meet revenue targets.
• Expand TÜV SÜD's Business Assurance offerings across ISO standards and certifications.
