Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a senior auditor to lead third-party certification audits across sustainability services. You will manage audit planning, team coordination, and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Third-party Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, TISAX, or equivalent cybersecurity program.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting 3rd-party certification audits for complex/multi-site orgs.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of certification body processes, accreditation rules, and applicable standards.
• Understanding of market/customer requirements to inform strategy and business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management system audits with ~50% audit utilization target.
• Support onboarding, qualification, and resourcing of auditors for sustainability portfolio.
• Monitor auditor performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate pre/post-audit activities with Operations Manager.
• Provide technical training and contribute to knowledge-management tools.
• Develop and implement product portfolio strategy aligned with global/regional goals.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to sustainability services.
