Job summary

ReVive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine seeks a Surgical Services Coordinator to manage end-to-end scheduling, precertification, and financial clearance for ASC procedures. You will coordinate with providers, patients, and payers to secure approvals and accurate deposits.

The role requires strong numerical accuracy, organization, and clear cost explanations, with emphasis on documentation in the EMR and practice management systems. Remote position; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of orthopedic/spine procedures and CPT/ICD-10 coding for authorization.
• Experience with insurance payers and EMR/practice management systems.
• Strong numeric accuracy and ability to explain cost estimates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures at the ambulatory surgery center and coordinate dates with all parties.
• Verify eligibility, obtain precertifications and prior authorizations, and document data.
• Calculate and collect deposits; communicate financial responsibility to patients.
• Provide ongoing patient communication and maintain accurate documentation in systems.
