Job summary

Globus Medical, via NuVasive Clinical Services, is seeking a remote Surgery Scheduling Coordinator to schedule cases for client surgeons and hospitals and to maintain relationships with their scheduling offices. The role is remote and requires strong communication and data-entry skills to manage daily caseloads and after-hours coordination.

You will ensure client issues are documented and addressed, coordinate with after‑hours teams, and adhere to applicable laws and company policies while

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and two to five years of office experience.
• Ability to proofread business correspondence and communicate clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to coordinate with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedules daily and emergent cases and confirms next day cases with client schedulers.
• Develops and maintains relationships with surgeon and hospital schedulers and adapts scheduling routines.
• Ensures client issues are addressed and documented to client satisfaction.
• Coordinates after-hours on-call, regional configurations, and dispatch policy.
• Day shift 8am-5pm PT / 11am-8pm ET and other responsibilities as needed.
• Complies with company and industry codes and maintains training on relevant regulations.
• Represents the company professionally and upholds ethical business practices.
