Job summary

Bioventus is seeking an entry-level Associate Territory Manager - Surgical to support and report to the Director of Sales in a designated territory. You will spend time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices, gaining exposure to our BGS and Ultrasonic products.

This remote role offers hubs in NYC/Long Island, Northern NJ or Western CT and provides hands-on training to build a career in medical device surgical sales while meeting and exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Preferred nursing, surgical tech, paramedic, or B2B sales background.
• Medical sales and anatomy lab experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the US.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products
• Provides case coverage for assigned accounts
• Identifies upsell/cross sell opportunities and collaborates with TMs to expand accounts
• Assigned quota based on territory alignment and expected to consistently meet and exceed assigned quota
• Assist in Coverage of Local Meetings
