Job summary

Bioventus is seeking an Associate Territory Manager - Surgical to support and report to the Director of Sales in a designated area, covering hospital ORs, surgery centers, and physician offices. It’s an entry-level path into medical device surgical sales with training provided.

You will develop product knowledge, cover cases, and pursue upsell opportunities across accounts while meeting quarterly quotas and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; nursing/surgical tech or medical sales background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the United States.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; proper phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products.
• Provides case coverage for assigned accounts.
• Identifies upsell/cross sell opportunities and collaborates with TMs to expand accounts.
• Assigned quota based on territory alignment and expected to consistently meet and exceed assigned quota.
• Assist in Coverage of Local Meetings.
