Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking an Associate Territory Manager – Surgical to support and report to the Director of Sales in designated area. This entry-level role operates remotely with hubs NYC/Long Island, Northern NJ or Western CT, spending time in ORs, surgery centers, and offices to gain access to medical device surgical sales.

You will develop product knowledge, provide case coverage, identify upsell opportunities, and meet quota.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
Background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic, or B2B sales preferred.
Medical sales experience and anatomy lab experience a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license in the United States.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills including phone etiquette.
Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel.
Highly detail oriented with responsibility and accountability.
Strong decision making, sound judgment and critical thinking.
Motivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products.
Provides case coverage for assigned accounts.
Identifies upsell/cross sell opportunities and collaborates with TMs to expand accounts.
Assigned quota based on territory alignment and expected to consistently meet and exceed assigned quota.
Assist in Coverage of Local Meetings.
