Job summary

Bioventus is seeking an entry-level Associate Territory Manager - Surgical to support and report to the Director of Sales in designated areas. The role involves work in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices, with a remote setup and hubs in NYC/Long Island, Northern NJ or Western CT.

You will develop product knowledge and provide case coverage while pursuing aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• Background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales preferred.
• Medical sales or hands-on anatomy lab experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in any of the 50 states.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products.
• Provides case coverage for assigned accounts.
• Identifies upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborates with team to expand accounts.
• Assigned quota based on territory alignment and expected to meet/exceed it.
• Assist in coverage of local meetings.
