Job summary

Establishment Labs seeks a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for its breast device portfolio. The role involves planning and executing customer meetings in a surgical environment, with case coverage in hospital and OR settings.

You will build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to expand the breast implant and tissue expander market share in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales.
• Knowledge or experience in plastic surgery preferred.
• Credentialing and ability to work in an OR setting.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Demonstrated proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quota for all breast device products.
• Build relationships with hospital and clinical staff and key customers.
• Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and expanders.
• Manage territory logistics, inventory, approvals, and AR tasks.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on product differentiation and technique considerations.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership on resource utilization and events.
• Collaborate with executives to align with marketing strategy and goals.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support cases and education.
