Job summary

Establishment Labs is seeking a Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for our breast device portfolio in the Little Rock area. This remote role requires expertise in selling in surgical environments, with case coverage in hospital and operating room settings.

You will engage plastic surgeons and office staff to grow market share and coordinate with marketing and leadership to optimize resource use.

Qualifications

Experience in medical devices sales.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Teams.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales quotas for all products in the territory.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and key stakeholders.
Plan and execute sales strategies to grow cosmetic implants and tissue expanders revenue.
Manage territory logistics including inventory, samples, approvals, and administrative tasks.
Educate and consult on breast device cases, providing technique considerations and outcome differentiation.
Coordinate with marketing and leadership to align resources with strategy.
Travel as required to hospitals and clinics to support sales activities.
