Medtronic seeks a Surgical Onsite Specialist to provide case support, training, and implementation across assigned Surgical Centers of Therapy. You will troubleshoot, upgrade equipment, and collaborate with the SAM to expand market reach in the Sacramento region.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a clinical background. This remote role requires residing within 50 miles of Sacramento and up to 25% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Located within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA.
• Field-based role with approx. 25% travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical or hospital experience preferred.

• Provide real-time procedural and on-site support for Surgical COTs.
• Lead on-site training sessions for physicians and staff.
• Assist SAM with trials, conversions, and product adoption.
• Perform equipment upgrades and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report customer feedback.
