Medtronic seeks a Surgical Account Manager to drive adoption of the Surgical COT portfolio across Northwest Indiana. This remote role requires residing in the territory and traveling to multiple accounts with a valid driver’s license.

You will develop strategic sales plans, cultivate relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and partner with KOLs to grow market share. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies strong performance incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of the territory.
• Territory includes Northwest Indiana: Munster, Gary, Valparaiso, La Porte.

Aufgaben

• Drive surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and cultivate key customer relationships.
• Work with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand business opportunities and lead reviews.
• Own quarterly Customer Business Reviews and monitor performance.
