Medtronic plc is seeking a committed sales professional for a remote role within the United States. The successful candidate will reside within the designated territory and travel to multiple accounts, with a valid driver’s license required.

The position emphasizes driving adoption of Surgical COT products, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with clinical and administrative stakeholders to grow business and improve patient outcomes.

Formación

• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices.
• Must live or relocate within 50 miles of Denver, CO.
• Experience in the operating room is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive surgeon demand across the full Surgical COT portfolio, including Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identifying practice trends, and cultivating key customer relationships to drive market growth and adoption.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative stakeholders to expand business opportunities, execute business reviews, and contribute to regional and national conversion efforts.
• Serve as the main point of contact across MDT account teams, including District Managers, Sales Area Directors, Sales Operations Specialists, and teams specializing in GYN and Hernia portfolios.
• Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
• Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across One Surgical.
• Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
