Vitalant is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Donor Growth & Experience, to drive enterprise donor growth, retention, and lifetime value through cross-functional leadership. You will align Marketing, Donor Recruitment, Donor Care, Scheduling, and Operations to deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, development of roadmaps, dashboards, and executive-level reporting, with travel up to 25–35% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, growth strategy, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise donor growth strategies across Marketing, Donor Recruitment, Donor Care, Scheduling, Customer Experience, and Operations.
• Develop program roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, success measures, and executive recommendations.
• Analyze donor, market, recruitment, and operational performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead cross-functional programs from design through implementation with governance and milestones.
