Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Training Lead to deliver and evolve onboarding and ongoing training for Support new hires. You will create clear guides, videos, and workshops covering product and processes, and assess training needs with leadership to keep materials fresh and effective.

You will track trainee progress, link training outcomes to ramp speed, CSAT, and QA, and spend time handling support tickets to ensure practical learning. Coaching across diverse styles will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating guides, videos, and workshops covering product and processes.
• Experience assessing training needs with leadership and updating materials from feedback.
• Ability to track trainee progress and link outcomes to ramp speed, CSAT, and QA.
• Willingness to spend time handling support tickets to keep training practical.
• Ability to coach individuals and adapt to different learning styles.
