You will handle complex questions, contribute to the knowledge base, and liaise between customers and our product/engineering groups to resolve issues related to databases and application functionality.

The role involves collaborating with account managers, preparing training sessions for customers, and documenting enhancements and resolutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and resolve problems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support to customers and internal resources.
• Investigate, manage, track, and close client issues related to database and application function.
• Document processes and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Train customers on product functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on enhancements and defect resolution.
• Work with Account Managers to process and track contracted services.
• Review and improve support processes and documentation.
