Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc is seeking a Support Specialist to effectively support our vendors and clients. This role will coordinate and manage day-to-day support activities, including documentation and escalation when needed.

You will work remotely, communicate with leadership and clients, and participate in training on new features to translate learnings into actionable support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with healthcare technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Office Suite.
• Experience using ticketing or CRM systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira).
• Previous remote/work-from-home experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Answer vendor and client questions via email and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support inquiries; identify root causes.
• Track requests, follow up, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Escalate to leadership as needed and coordinate with internal teams.
• Participate in training on new features and translate learnings to clients.
