The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in SaaS implementation and customer support, preferably in healthcare tech, with strong writing and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced, remote team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on SaaS implementation and support.
• Experience at a SaaS company; healthcare tech preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to document processes and train others.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the implementation processes, onboarding tasks, and ongoing support for customers integrating with our clinical technology partners (E-Rx, E-labs, ClaimMD, billing, labs).
• You’ll serve as first-line technical support for customers using our clinical integrations.
• Lead calls with customers/vendors and use Zoom to screen share for onboarding issues.
• Work with ClinOps Program Manager to write processes, policies, and documentation.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, CS, and Marketing to gather feedback and improve the product and customer experience.
