Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years’ experience in a client service or technical support role.
• Experience with enterprise software tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to product application support questions from customers.
• Analyze and resolve issues for clients using department guidelines.
• Troubleshoot client issues and escalate to level 3/engineering as needed.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Handle inbound calls and create cases within service levels.
