Responsibilities

Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com customers via Zendesk tickets, MR, email and video calls.
Collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, CS and Sales to shape features and fix bugs.
Create and update documentation based on customer interactions.
Collaborate with Support teammates and act as a Stable Counterpart when needed.
Participate in on-call rotations for daytime coverage and incident communications.
Contribute to hiring by reviewing applications and assessments.
