Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Support Engineer to act as the escalation point for Tier I–II staff, analyze complex issues, and guide troubleshooting across core enterprise platforms.

You will mentor junior engineers, help establish technical standards, and collaborate with field teams to ensure timely resolutions while maintaining cybersecurity and network best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electronic security or technical support.
• Advanced experience with enterprise platforms Genetec, Software House, Lenel, Milestone.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, databases, and cybersecurity practices.
• Up to 20% travel required.
