Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of technical experience in electronic security or related field.
• Advanced remote troubleshooting across enterprise security systems.
• Advanced manufacturer certifications on primary platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote technical support and resolve complex issues across integrated security systems.
• Act as the escalation point for Remote Support Engineer I and II.
• Lead complex escalations with manufacturers to resolution.
• Deliver remote support for small-scale projects and assess scope before expanding
• Maintain and share knowledge through documentation and knowledge articles.
• Mentor engineers and review technical documents and service records.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
