NetApp is seeking a Support Delivery Manager (Remote – USA) to lead post-sales enablement and drive adoption of NetApp digital tools. You will craft scalable content, monitor service delivery, and collaborate across global teams to improve customer outcomes.

Ideal candidates have extensive customer-facing experience, data analytics skills, and the ability to influence internal processes. This remote role supports USA operations with strong cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CIS, CS, or equivalent is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant industry experience is typical.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and remote meetings is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of post-sales technical enablement on NetApp digital tools.
• Identify unused feature functionality to drive adoption and enhance user capabilities.
• Create scalable customer support content for one-to-many delivery (social media, sessions, TOI).
• Identify trends that could affect customer experience and collaborate to plan mitigations.
• Perform post-event review of field activities to improve customer-facing outcomes for Strategic Accounts.
• Act as SME and partner with Customer Success during onboarding activities.
• Attend cross-functional meetings and customer presentations to drive positive outcomes.
