Job summary

Vista Care is seeking a Support Center Coordinator to provide remote support for individuals with disabilities across programs. The role involves using technology to ensure safety, respond to alarms, coordinate with staff and emergency services, and maintain detailed incident documentation.

You will support DSPs, help with coverage, and participate in training on compliance and emergency responses. This on-site position requires a high school diploma and familiarity with Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate remote interactions and provide support to individuals with disabilities, using technology to ensure safety and independence.
• Establish and maintain connections to each location via remote technology, performing hourly checks and responding to alarms.
• Respond to immediate safety concerns by coordinating with on-site staff or emergency services.
• Verify staff presence and compliance with staffing ratios, escalating issues as necessary.
• Support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) by providing guidance and assistance when needed.
• Assist leadership in finding coverage for hard-to-fill roles and scheduling.
