Job summary

Sevita is seeking a DSP to provide indirect remote support using remote technologies, typically assisting up to 16 individuals in residential, facility, or natural home settings. This role may be full-time or part-time and works on-site, not from home.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining records, and protecting privacy while collaborating with families, guardians, and case managers. Ideal candidates have Excel experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple screens.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect virtual support using remote technologies and monitor individuals remotely.
• Document progress and activity; maintain confidentiality and complete billing records.
• Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers.
• Report any abuse, neglect or incidents per Sevita policy and external requirements.
• Respect rights, follow safety policies, and communicate effectively with teams.
