Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or related human services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm during emergencies and take decisive action.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote monitoring, coaching, and assistance to individuals via Remote Support Program.
• Respond to alerts and requests for assistance; document services accurately and timely.
• Coordinate emergency responses when necessary and provide backup support.
• Educate and coach caregivers on remote support technology and devices.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, guardians, and team members.
• Troubleshoot remote support technology and in-home monitoring systems.
