Job summary

JotPsych makes software for behavioral health clinicians. Our scribe has drafted more than 3.1 million patient notes and reduces admin time by about 90%. We're expanding from notes into the full revenue cycle and search for a thoughtful human to walk clinicians through it. That's this role.

You’ll welcome providers, guide setup on calls, run follow-ups, triage questions, and share tips to save time and reduce churn. You’ll likely grow into Customer Success or Sales as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of customer support, success, or sales experience.
• Empathetic listener with confident communication.
• High ownership and problem-solving initiative.
• Familiar with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Interest in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new providers and walk them through setup, one 15 to 30 minute call at a time.
• Run async follow-ups (short emails, Loom snippets) to reach first win quickly.
• Triage incoming questions: bug vs. user education vs. workflow gap; hand tickets with context.
• Share workflow tips that save time and reduce avoidable churn.
• Surface recurring patterns to product and engineering to prevent reoccurring issues next month.
