Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager (B2B SaaS) to become a full Client Success Manager after onboarding.

You will train and support rehab therapy clients post-Go Live, build strong client relationships, and advocate the value of Prompt’s features to staff and patients. The role emphasizes onboarding, responding to inquiries via a single-channel system, and collaborating with the Billing, Client Experience, and Success teams.

Qualifications

Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics.
Strong technical skills across software platforms.
High proficiency in MS Excel.
Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist.
Experience with EMR systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable using multiple software in a live setting.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and extend hours.
Rapid growth to take on greater responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients as strategic, supportive partners.
Maintain loyalty to ensure long-term client success by presenting product information and guiding onboarding.
Understand and respond to client inquiries across our single-channel support system.
Lead webinars with clinical management and staff.
Collaborate with support and success teams on processes and improvements.
Assist onboarding of new clients.
Escalate tickets with the right workflows to the appropriate teams.
Discuss downgrades or churn to demonstrate product value.
Contribute to ongoing optimization opportunities.
