JotPsych makes software for behavioral health clinicians. This US-only role supports clinicians learning and using our platform, with growth into Customer Success or Sales as the company expands.

You will welcome providers, guide setup, and run async follow-ups to drive their first win, triage questions, and share tips to reduce churn. Remote, 25–40 hours per week, $25/hour base with potential $40–50/hour on target earnings.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of customer support, success, or sales experience.
• Empathetic listener with confident communication.
• High ownership; unblocks customers without escalating.
• Comfort with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
• Curious about healthcare; behavioral health is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome providers and guide setup in short calls.
• Run async follow-ups via emails and Loom to drive first win.
• Triage questions to route bugs, education, or workflow gaps.
• Share workflow tips to reduce churn and save time.
• Surface patterns to product/engineering to prevent repeat issues.
