Job summary

JotPsych in NYC (remote okay) is seeking a frontline customer outcomes specialist to turn short blocks of time into real progress for clinicians: faster value, higher adoption, longer retention.

This role blends customer support, customer success, and sales as interdependent functions, with growth into CS or Sales as the company expands. Part-time to full-time, $25/hour base, with on-target earnings of $40–$50/hour.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer support, success, or sales.
• Empathetic listener with clear written and verbal communication.
• High ownership; can resolve issues without escalating.
• Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
• Interest in healthcare/behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome providers and walk them through setup in 15–30 minute calls.
• Run async follow-ups (short emails, Loom) to reach first win quickly.
• Triage questions: bug vs. education vs. workflow gap; provide clear context to engineers.
• Share workflow tips to save time and reduce churn.
• Surface recurring patterns to product/engineering to prevent repeated issues.
