Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is a leading virtual psychiatry and therapy provider seeking a Clinician Technical Operations Support Specialist. You will serve as the clinician-facing tech expert, triaging issues, coordinating incidents, and maintaining support documentation to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.

You will partner with IT, Clinical Training, and operations teams to optimize workflows, improve resources, and drive service continuity for OnDemand services.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in healthcare operations, technical operations, IT support or related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting of technology issues and managing escalations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians needing technical or operational assistance related to the OnDemand service delivery model.
• Coordinate real-time incident response and work with stakeholders to resolve disruptions.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation, response protocols, and playbooks.
• Monitor progress of resolutions and follow up to minimize downtime.
• Promote transparency by communicating outages and updates to clinicians and stakeholders.
