Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the ATS product area. This remote role requires coordinating between program management, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and deployment. You will lead weekly reviews, expedite critical materials, and contribute to forecasts and proposals.

The position emphasizes strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with a 6-month contract and hourly pay of $40–$45 on W2.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, procurement, subcontracts, or similar role with supplier interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots).
• Must obtain MPM and EVMS online training certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program management, procurement staff and supply base to align actions with program priorities.
• Lead weekly status reviews with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate material availability for deployment and meet deployment schedules.
• Develop and support monthly supply chain forecasts and pricing inputs for proposals.
• Act as primary supply chain representative in program meetings and problem-solve daily issues.
