Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Analyst for a 12-month contract focused on Clear to Build readiness. The role will manage material tracking, reporting, and supplier data to identify shortages and escalation needs while supporting BOM management and NPI processes.

Responsibilities include optimizing suppliers, analyzing lead times, and driving automation to improve material availability and on-time hardware deployment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of supply chain or materials experience.
• Advanced Excel with Pivot tables, Macros & VBA, data simulations, and conditional formatting.
• Experience with AI, reporting tools, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize suppliers based on material readiness and CTB status.
• Identify root causes for shortages and lead-time trends.
• Support end-to-end Clear to Build management and NPI materials readiness.
• Collaborate with NPI Materials Managers to identify risks and escalation needs.
• Drive data aggregation to support continuity of supply and risk mitigation.
• Assist with BOM, part-number creation, ECOs, and hardware transfers.
