Job summary

Arena Staffing is seeking a resourceful Supplier Operations Specialist to coordinate supplier activities, onboarding, and documentation on a full-time contract basis. You will monitor performance and support procurement operations to ensure efficient supply chain processes, collaborating with finance, legal, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in supplier operations or procurement, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with procurement platforms and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Procurement, or related field preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in supplier operations, procurement, or contract administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience coordinating supplier activities, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supplier operations and administrative activities.
• Manage supplier onboarding, registration, compliance documentation, and due diligence.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with supplier negotiations, pricing reviews, contracts, and service agreements.
• Maintain records of supplier contracts, POs, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, order processing, and procurement documentation.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and pricing structures for delivery capabilities and quality.
• Identify and resolve supplier-related issues and delays.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, logistics, and other departments to improve efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to inform decisions.
• Prepare supplier performance reports and recommendations for management.
• Support supplier audits and compliance reviews.
